Chelsea Ulmer’s last-second shot pushed Hattiesburg High School to its first-ever state title in girls basketball.
Down by one with eight seconds left, the Lady Tigers stole an inbounds pass and Ulmer made the basket to start a celebration of a dramatic 48-47 win.
