Jackson police say 24-year-old Loren Danielle Shell turned herself in Saturday for questioning in the shooting death of 81-year-old Lee Kendrick.
According to police, Shell was arrested and charged with capital murder and auto theft.
Detectives have also identified a second suspect as Walter Lee Young.
Police say Young is wanted for capital murder and auto theft.
Kendrick's vehicle, a silver Buick, was also recovered Saturday afternoon in Jefferson County with help from the Mississippi Bureau of Investigations.
Anyone with information on Young is asked to call police.
Kendrick went missing Monday and was found Wednesday night shot dead in an abandoned apartment on Keele Street in Jackson.
