WJTV – Jackson State’s leading receiver from a year ago is going to get a chance in the NFL.
Devin Fosselman, who hails from Woodville, signed an undrafted free agent contract with the Seattle Seahawks.
Seattle is an undrafted free agent paradise. 47 percent of the players on their roster last year were undrafted out of college.
