WJTV 12’s Shay O’Connor brought her sidekick DeAngelo Marquise for a quick workout with a master of mixed martial arts.
Johnathan Burnett showed the pair different techniques and exercise warms ups.
Burnett answered questions about the importance of making sure to incorporate boxing and mixed martial arts in an everyday routine.
“First of all, staying in shape working out is good for your health. It keeps you young and healthy and relieves stress… but mixed martial arts makes it fun.”
So whether you choose inside or outside, running, walking or boxing, always remember you feel a lot better in the long run, when you are always moving.
