Gov. Phil Bryant prays for injured Greenville High School football player

GREENVILLE, Miss. (WJTV)– The governor is praying and asking others to do the same for a football player injured during a Friday night game.
    Greenville High School’s Jeremiah Williams remains in critical condition with spinal injuries Sunday.

He was attempting to make a tackle against Madison Central.

 Governor Phil Bryant has tweeted out in support for the young football player.

“Please keep Greenville H.S. football player Jeremiah Williams in your prayers today.
    It is my prayer the good lord will put his healing hands on this young man, his family, and community. The entire state of MS is rallying behind you, Jeremiah.”
