JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson firefighters responded to a fire on Willaneel Drive on Tuesday, October 31.

Assistant Fire Chief Patrick Armon said the home was a total loss, but no injuries have been reported.

The owner said they were planning to renovate the home, and no one has lived inside since May 2023.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
