While we each have our own experiences, one thing is for certain. Everyone will experience the highs and lows of life at some point. That’s the basis of a new body of work by Mississippi rapper, Sean 2 Miles.

“Heartaches and TurnUps” has been released and the artist behind it tells us he couldn’t be more proud. So far, his hard work seems to be paying off. Sean 2 Miles has 4 number one records under his belt; 3 in Japan, and 1 here in the United States.

The artist recently stopped by the Jackson metro area, with the hopes of inspiring another generation to go after their dreams. We were there when he gave kids at the Final Cut Barbershop in Ridgeland free haircuts. On top of the free haircuts, the kids were treated to a party put together for all the people there.

There was also a check presentation in the amount of $500 used in a raffle to go towards higher education costs for graduating high school seniors in the city.

“It’s important because it gives kids hope. It’s important for my age bracket or anyone that’s trying to do anything positive to give back and mentor,” he said.

Sean 2 Miles says as he continues to achieve new things, he wants to continue giving back to the community where he comes from.
