JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating after one man was killed and another was injured in a shooting.

The shooting happened around 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 28 in the 3000 block of Brisbane Lane.

Hinds County Coroner Sharon Grisham-Stewart identified the victim who was killed as 19-year-old Jordan White.

Police said they are still gathering information on the fatal shooting. They did not release any additional details.
