UPDATE:
JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Capitol police said a man was shot and killed in the area of West and Taylor Street on Wednesday, February 15.
Authorities said they responded to the area after receiving a call about a disturbance. When they arrived, they discovered the victim with multiple gunshot wounds inside a vehicle.
Hinds County Coroner Sharon Grisham-Stewart identified the victim as Joseph Reddix, 34.
