President George HW Bush to lie in state at nation’s capitol

The casket of former President George Herbert Walker Bush is on its way to Washington, D.C. He will lie in state in the rotunda of the U.S. Capitol beginning today. 

CBS Nikole Killion reports. 

The 41st President of the United States died Friday night at the age of 94.
The casket carrying the former president left a Houston funeral home Monday as family members looked on. The presidential motorcade then went to the airport en route to Washington D.C.
