Democratic presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren is delivering her campaign message at Jackson State University hosted by CNN.
Senator Warren visited Cleveland Mississippi earlier where she discussed her ideas and new opportunities.
Her trip to the Magnolia state did come with a bit of resistance particularly by the Republican leadership in the state where citizens drew criticism about her views on guns and even an attempt to compare her to Democrats in the state.
Governor Phil Bryant also criticized Warren for the prevention of the media access to the town hall tweeting:
Journalists will have an opportunity to file reports from a satellite location.
Warren has not taken any questions from the press so far.
Her trip to influence the southern states ends tomorrow in the state of Alabama.
