The Storm Prediction Center has issued a MODERATE risk of severe weather mainly for north Mississippi Saturday. A Moderate risk is a level 4 risk on a scale of 0 to 5. This means there is a 15% probability of severe storms within 25 miles of any point in the Moderate risk area. There is a 10% probablility of EF2 to EF5 tornadoes within 25 miles of any point in the same area. Violent, long track tornadoes will be possible. Please stay weather aware during the day Saturday. The storms will start in the delta before Noon and will continue into the Pine Belt after sunset Saturday.
