Trump heads for Mississippi to rally

President Donald Trump is coming to Mississippi for the second time this year, in support of his Republican counterpart Cindy Hyde-Smith, just prior to the US Senate runoff election, according to the president’s website.

Trump’s rally schedule shows he will be in Tupelo and Biloxi on Monday, Nov. 26 to rally for  Hyde-Smith, prior to her face-off for the seat with democratic opponent Mike Espy.

His first rally begins at 5 p.m. in the Tupelo Regional Airport and will be followed by the Biloxi rally at 8 p.m. in the Mississippi Coast Coliseum. These are ticketed events.


The winner in the US Senate runoff election will finish the senate term for former Mississippi Senator Thad Cochran.
