Missing Pike County teen found safe, says sheriff



PIKE COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – Pike County Sheriff James Brumfield said 14-year-old Siarra Scarberry has been found safe.

Brumfield said Scarberry was found in Lincoln County at 3:15 p.m. The two suspects, Martin Scarberry and Christopher Brown, are in custody.

PIKE COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) has issued an endangered/missing child alert for 14-year-old Siarra Scarberry of Magnolia.

She is described as five feet and five inches tall, weighing 130 pounds with brown curly hair and brown eyes.

According to MBI, she was last seen Saturday, April 16, 2021, at about 11:00 p.m. in the 3000 block of Charlie Rhodus Road in Pike County, wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and white high-top Fila shoes.

Officials said Siarra Scarberry may be accompanied by Martin Scarberry or Christopher Brown. Scarberry is described as six feet tall, weighing 190 pounds, and cross tattoos on his face. Brown is described as five feet and eleven inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, and gray hair.
