This is a WJTV “Caring for Mississing Event ” which benefits the American Heart Association. The event will be hoseted by WJTV’s very own Candance Coleman. Click here to get your tickets now.  


Metro Jackson Heart Ball will be happening Friday at the County Club of Jackson.

The event starts at 6PM and will last until 11:30PM. 

Attendees get the chance to see what will happen at the 41st annual Metro Jackson Heart Ball at the Country Club of Jackson. There was a preview party for the Caring for Mississippi event Thursday night.

The gala will feature pre-dinner cocktails and a silent auction. Attendees will also be treated to a seated dinner, a program, a live auction and live music. 

“The American Heart Association depends on the commitment of hundreds of volunteers in our community to help support their important goal of building longer, healthier lives, free from cardiovascular diseases and stroke,” said Jordan Walker, Heart Ball director.

“American Heart Association-funded research has led to many important discoveries like CPR, life extending drugs and surgical procedures that save thousands of lives each year.”

The American Heart Association is currently funding more than $3 million in research in Mississippi.
