25-unit transitional facility opens in Jackson for homeless, at-risk women

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) — A grant made it possible for the rehabilitation of a 25-unit transitional facility for homeless and at-risk women and their children.  

Organizers held a ribbon cutting Tuesday. The facility is located on Terry Road in Jackson.

Banks partnered together for the grant money.

The Corporation for Global Community Development used the funds for the rehabilitation of the facility.
