Motorcyclist killed in Rankin County crash

RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – Rankin County deputies are investigating after a motorcyclist died during a crash.

The accident happened on Monterey Road around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 29, 2020.

Lt. Craig Williams with the Rankin County Sheriff’s Department said the 57-year-old male victim lost control of the motorcycle and crashed.

The victim has not been identified at this time.

NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Rhode Island has suspended the license of a North Providence doctor after an investigation concluded he "recklessly" exposed his patients and staff to COVID-19.

Hot Pockets recalled because they may contain pieces of plastic, glass

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Nestlé Prepared Foods is recalling more than 700,000 pounds of Hot Pockets because they may be contaminated with pieces of glass or hard plastic, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service.

The company said they've received four complaints of consumers finding glass and plastic pieces in their frozen, not-ready-to-eat pepperoni Hot Pockets. One of those complaints involved a "minor oral injury," according to the USDA.

Trump administration carries out 13th and final execution
