Boat captain goes overboard, coast guard searching

US Coast Guard officials in New Orleans say they’re looking for a boat captain who went overboard.

Watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector Mobile received a report at approximately 7:21 a.m. Tuesday, from fishing vessel Captain Johnny crew members, saying that the captain of the vessel, Thi Ban Lee, had fallen overboard near the northwestern end of Dauphin Island in Alabama.
 
Lee is said to have been wearing black pants, red socks, and a camouflage jacket.
 
Agencies helping search for Lee are Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans MH-65 Dolphin Helicopter air crew, Two Coast Guard Station Dauphin Island 45-foot Response-Boat Medium boatcrews, Coast Guard Cutter Gannet, Lower Alabama Search and Rescue, Daphne Search and Rescue, Alabama State Troopers Helicopter and North Baldwin Sherriff’s Search and Rescue
