COVINGTON COUNTY, Miss. (WHLT) – A railroad crossing will be closed in Covington County.
Officials with the sheriff’s office said the Canadian National Railroad will close old Highway 49, located 2.35 miles south of Seminary at the crossing.
The crossing will be closed from September 27-29 and will reopen on September 30.
Drivers are asked to find an alternate route.
