At County Courthouses across Mississippi, secured bags full of ballot headed to voting precincts.
Ballot security is a priority for election commissioners. In Hinds County, 216 bags were distributed to different polling places, each sealed until reaching their final destination.
The bags are marked by names and party colors, each is monitored to make sure nothing is misplaced or left behind. Then each manager for the precincts signs the bags out and puts them inside a car to be transported.
