Defending Sanderson Farms champion, Ryan Armour, was back in Jackson Monday.
Armour spent a little time at the Country Club of Jackson in between the FedEx Cups. He says it was great to be back to place where he took home his first PGA Tour title.
“It’s great to be back,” Armour said. “It’s my only win on the PGA Tour, it opened some doors for me that were never opened at everyone that I’ve run into here and the club, the staff and the ground staff they’re just so welcoming. It’s great to be here. “
“We’re here between the New York and the Boston events and I’m just trying to get better every day and try and compete and make a run at the title.”
Armour also taught golf to kids at the Batson Children’s Hospital Monday afternoon.
