St. Joseph Madison baseball wins first state title since 1977

In game three of the 2A championship series against the two-time defending champions, St. Joseph Madison stepped up and ended a title drought.

The Bruins beat East Union 5-1 on Saturday to claim their first state title since 1977. It’s the fourth championship in program history.
