Mississippi baseball legend Boo Ferriss dies at 94

CLEVELAND, Miss. (WJTV) – The man who most consider to be the face of baseball for Mississippi has passed away.

David “Boo” Ferris, a legendary Mississippi State player, Boston Red Sox All-Star, and Delta State coach, died at the age of 94 on Thanksgiving morning.
