Josh Hubbard broke the record. The MRA student-athlete is now that all-time leading scorer in Mississippi boys basketball history. He scored his 4,275th point on Friday in a playoff game in Hattiesburg.

MRA won the game over PCS, 55-54. MRA plays Jackson Prep in the state championship game Saturday.

The previous record held by Robert Woodard was set in 1986, per MRA.
