HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WHLT) – Storm Team 12 paid a visit to Bellevue Elementary School in Hattiesburg for Operation Tornado.
Chief Meteorologist Ken South spoke to students about how to stay safe during severe weather and how to find their safe spots.
The team will visit other schools around the state to educate students about severe weather safety.
